Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once your package has shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Free Shipping)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days ($7.99)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lifekit.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Lifekit ships only within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping network to serve more countries in the near future.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the United States are tax-inclusive as required by law. For future international orders, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Delivery Issues

Lifekit is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or natural events). Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
