1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain kitchenware items (such as food storage containers, utensils, or accessories that have been opened and used) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened or used kitchenware products (unless defective upon arrival)
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at support@lifekit.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue (with photos if the product is damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
- In these cases, Lifekit will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
